Oneke Otang Daphne Ashu‑Agbor, known as Otang or Da Voice, is a young Cameroonian rapper often called the Game Changer. She gained acclaim after a viral rap freestyle and released singles such as “Victims,” becoming an International Voice of Hope goodwill ambassador at age 12. Using her music to advocate for peace and justice in Cameroon’s Anglophone regions, she is mentored by her father, Galaxy J One, a pioneer of the country’s urban music scene.
